Lisbon Symposium - Event Photographer

One really incredible part of my job is that I get to travel around Europe and beyond, to capture some events each year. One of my projects lead me to Lisbon in Portugal, for a three day symposium at the Lisbon Congress Centre.

Like many conference events, this included a jam-packed schedule with many guest speakers and keynotes, exhibitor stands, smaller focus group discussions, networking and formal evening drinks. Being an event photographer, you quickly get used to the fast paced environment that these events bring, and you soon understand the best way to manage trying to be in multiple rooms at once.
